Purposes of this research are developing the
implementing volunteer and strategies of
community health building program and evaluating the input and process. The
research participated
and observed the whole process of establishment and maintenance of the community
volunteer organization (CVO).
The research evaluates the implementer process and the result includes role and
duty of volunteers recruitment
structure and management of CVO volunteer training ;characteristic;
participating and transfer rate.
The suggestion and conclusion include that the professionalization of volunteer
management, multiple
channels of volunteer recruitment, timing of recruitment and training,
satisfaction rate, demand, mutual understanding
emotional support, in service educated advantages,
reimbursement to insurance.
