August 7-10：Director-General Wang Ying-Wei and the Leader of Community Health Division participated in the 14th international conference of International Federation on Ageing (IFA) with the theme of “Towards a Decade of Healthy Ageing – From Evidence to Action. ” This event gave Taiwanese representatives a chance to gain a better understanding of implementation conditions in foreign countries and thereby enhance program implementation efficiency in Taiwan. In addition, a visit to Mount Sinai Hospital and discussions with representatives of the Toronto Council on Aging were arranged to facilitate exchanges on age-friendliness issues.
