October 17-19：The 8th Alliance for Healthy Cities Global Conference (AFHC 2018) was held under the theme of “Our Cities, Our SDGs, Our Journey. ” Over 700 participants from Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia, and China attended this conference, while mayors and other representatives of cities in 10 nations participated in the mayors’ forum. A total of 93 Taiwanese representatives took part in these events. Taiwan also garnered 7 (35%) of the 20 Innovation Awards in four major categories presented in this conference.
