🌾全穀類保留胚乳、胚芽和麩皮,富含維生素B群、維生素E、膳食纖維及礦物質,幫助我們補充更豐富的營養素!建議每天的澱粉主食應多選擇全榖及未精製雜糧,例如糙米、紫米、胚芽米、燕麥、薏仁,還有玉米、地瓜、馬鈴薯、芋頭、南瓜,都是很好的全穀雜糧類來源喔!
