📍食材:
1.熟香蕉1根、牛奶60毫升、雞蛋1顆、蜂蜜1湯匙
2.燕麥片80公克、南瓜籽30公克、葡萄乾30公克、鹽少許

📍作法:
1.香蕉用湯匙或叉子壓成泥後,加入牛奶、全蛋、蜂蜜拌勻
2.加入燕麥片、南瓜籽、葡萄乾、鹽拌勻
3.用湯匙將材料整成圓餅鋪平於烤盤
4.烤箱以180度烤15分鐘,放涼後即可食用
