October 21：The 3774th report from MOHW to the Cabinet Meeting “Public health service system upgrade.” Through amendment to public health centers organizational regulations and reference standards of staffing table, we integrated foresight foundation to subsidize the public health centers’ repair/reconstruction/newly built facilities, in order to provide a more convenient long distance medical service, and fulfill the basic core competency of public health staff in the public health centers.
