Goals and Strategies
1.The goals are to perform screening on high risk subjects, to provide optimal treatment regimen on kidney diseases, and to retard the progression of CKD to ESRD.
2. Strategies include enhancing the health education of CKD prevention, promoting screening of CKD for early detection and early treatment,providing the counseling service of CKD prevention and control,and implementing the case management of CKD patients in medical institutes.
