March 13:HPA held a press conference in 2018 to announce the latest version of the “Daily Dietary Guidelines”, intake statistics of citizens in the six food groups categories, the latest version of the “National Dietary Indicators,” and various manuals and leaflets with nutrition recommendations for each life stage. Mr. Wang Hsu Guoo-Shyng, President of the Nutrition Society of Taiwan and Ms. Chin Mei-Yun, President of the Taiwan Dietician Association were invited to participate and state their commitment to assisting the public in the adoption of healthy diet patterns with the goal of improving national health.
