天氣一冷血壓本來就會上升,可以不必理會?

 入冬氣溫變化大,身體的血管遇到冷就容易收縮,而造成血壓上升,這個現象在年長者尤其明顯,千萬不可置之不理。因此,在天冷外出時更應注意保暖;適度運動有助於血管放鬆和促進血液循環,降低血壓;平時已經在服用降血壓藥物的民眾,規律服用藥物更為重要;此外,要養成定期測量血壓的習慣,尤其在血壓不穩定時期,建議可在不同時間點多量測幾次血壓並記錄,提供醫師參考,以有效幫助控制血壓。
以上幾點如果能夠身體力行,就可預防因天氣變化而引起血壓上升。
