Since 2018, HPA has been fully subsidizing and assisting local governments to establishing 43 "Community Nutrition Promotion Centers" and subsidiary centers in various counties and cities to provide the community nutrition services which are targeted specifically at the elderly. The services provided include individual and group nutrition education, the program of developing nutrition in communities, training courses for community medical personnel and volunteers, coaching and counseling restaurants to provide age-friendly and healthy diet for the elderly.
